ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY
Alpine Racing SAS – a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,115,584.20 euros, headquartered at 1 Avenue du président Kennedy 91170 Viry-Châtillon, registered in the Evry Commercial and Companies Registry under the number (SIREN) 306 140 807.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company",
Organizes a free internal Contest entitled "RIFT RACERS BY ALPINE Édition Employés" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"). These regulations define the rules applicable to this internal Contest.
This Contest is organized with the help of the service provider GamersOrigin - Simplified Joint Stock Company, headquartered at 7 Rue Pablo Neruda, 92300 Levallois-Perret, registered in the Nanterre Commercial and Companies Registry under the number (SIREN) 802 545 327.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider",
ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
As part of its communication strategy, Alpine is organising an internal Contest to win prizes. The present rules define the rules applicable to this internal Contest.
ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
These regulations are available and can be downloaded from https://www.riftracers-internal.com/ or https://riftracers-internal.com.
Before participating in this Contest, participants must carefully read these regulations and accept the terms in their entirety. They commit to adhering to the provisions and acknowledge that if they violate any of these provisions, the Organizing Company may deem the participation and/or the awarding of prizes null and void. The Organizing Company reserves the right to conduct any verifications necessary for the enforcement of these regulations.
ARTICLE 4 - INFORMATION TO PARTICIPANTS
Participants will be informed about the Contest through: - The landing page available at https://www.riftracers-internal.com/ or https://riftracers-internal.com; - The Organising Company's official intranet with one or more posts promoting the in-house challenge; - The sending of an e-mail by the Organising Company to its employees.
ARTICLE 5 - DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The internal Contest will take place from 09/16/2024 at 0:01 CEST to 11/04/2024 at 23:59 CEST.
ARTICLE 6 – CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PARTICIPATION
6.1. Conditions for participants
Participation in the internal Contest is free of charge. It is open and exclusive to employees of the following Alpine sites:

● Alpine site du Cristallin
● Alpine site du Technocentre

Any person who does not meet the above conditions and any person directly or indirectly involved in the implementation of the game are excluded from the game.
Participation is strictly personal. Participants are not allowed to participate using multiple accounts or on behalf of other participants.
Participation in the internal Contest is excluded for anyone who has directly participated in its creation and organization, as well as for employees of Alpine and all its related entities (subsidiaries, parent companies, etc.) and their service providers involved in this operation.
To participate, it is necessary to have Internet access to play online, be able to play Fortnite in its latest version on any platform, and have a valid email address.
Participating under a false identity or another person's identity, providing false or incomplete information, or registering under multiple identities will result in the cancellation of the participation.
The organisation holds the right to request from any participant proof of these conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game. Any person sanctioned or banned by one of the organising companies or associations in one of the tournaments or events previously organised by the organisation may be refused entry to the tournament.
Failure to comply with all these conditions will result in non-consideration of participation to the internal Contest, and no prizes will be awarded.
6.2. Conditions Related to Participation Methods
During the open period of the internal Contest, interested individuals must:
(1) If they do not already have a Fortnite account, visit https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/home to create one,
(2) Go to the Alpine-created map in Fortnite's creative mode, with the following access code: 3949-8348-1021,
(3) Complete the three races of the Fortnite Rift Racers by Alpine experience,
(4) Take a high-resolution screenshot or photo of the final screen, which must clearly display the final score, showing the participant's remaining time,
(5) Submit the screenshot or photo of the final screen via the form available on https://riftracers-internal.com or https://riftracers-internal.com/, along with the participant’s email address. The date and time of the form submission will be used to break ties among participants.
(6) Agree to the rules,
Participants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their participation to the email address they provided.
The participant's performance is based on the time it takes to complete the races. This score, reflecting the elapsed time, is continuously visible on the screen throughout the races. The final remaining time, which appears on the screen at the end of the three races, is the criterion used to determine the participant's official score.
Each participant may enter the internal Contest as many times as they wish using the same email address and username, but only their best score will be considered for the final ranking.
ARTICLE 7 – DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
At the conclusion of the internal Contest, a final ranking will be established by the Organizing Company and the Partner among all participants who meet the participation conditions, based on each participant’s score.
This ranking will determine the order in which prizes are awarded.
In the event of a tie in scores, tied participants will be ranked based on the date and time of their form submissions, with those who submitted earlier being ranked higher.
ARTICLE 8 – PRIZES
The winners, who will be identified by their result in the internal Contest, will win the following prizes:
● 1st prize: x1 XBOX SERIES X worth €549.99
● 2nd prize: x1 XBOX SERIES S worth €299.99
● 3rd prize: x1 XBOX ELITE SERIES 2 HANDSET worth €179.99
Rewards will be awarded by random draw from among the participants who submitted their results and validated the entry form to thank them for taking part in the internal challenge.
This structure has been introduced to reward the skills of experienced Fortnite players, but also to give everyone a chance to win something. 12 employees will be picked to win one of the following prizes:
● x1 13,500 V-Bucks worth €89.99
● x1 5,000 V-Bucks worth €36.99
● x10 Pass for a F1 Grand Prix - The value of the prize is not provided as an indication.
The passes for a F1 Grand Prix offered are considered priceless and cannot be subject to any claims regarding their value.
Only eligible Alpine employees are eligible to win prizes.
All costs incurred after the game, in particular for the upkeep and use of these prizes, shall be borne entirely by the winner.
Each prize is nominal and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
Each prize is non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The value of the prize is determined at the time of writing these rules and cannot be contested in terms of its assessment. Prizes cannot be substituted for a cash equivalent or any other financial compensation under any circumstances.
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances require, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace any prize with one of equivalent or greater commercial value and nature, without incurring any liability. The Organizing Company reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the full filment of the prize where it becomes necessary to do so (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the prizing impossible or impractical). The Promoter will not be liable for any loss whatsoever as a result of cancellation of the prizing to winner.
The Organizing Company has the discretionary authority to refuse to award a prize to a participant who does not meet the required conditions as specified in these rules.
If a winner is unable to receive their prize due to their own actions, for whatever reason, they will forfeit the prize without any possibility of compensation or reimbursement. If a winner's contact details are unusable or if the winner cannot be identified with the information provided on the registration form, it is not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to conduct further searches to locate the unavailable winner, who will therefore not receive their prize or any compensation.
ARTICLE 9 – NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS / DELIVERY OF PRIZES
Winners will be notified individually by e-mail and will be able to claim their prize within a maximum of 3 months after the end of the tournament, i.e. until 04/02/2025. This email will specify how the prize will be awarded.
Each winner shall reply to this email within 15 business days, providing their full postal address: First Name, Last Name – Street Number and Name – Postal Code – City.
The prize will be sent by registered mail (with insurance for the amount of the prize value) to the address provided by the winner.
If a winner's contact details are unusable or if the winner cannot be identified by the details they have provided, it is not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to conduct further searches to locate the unavailable winner, who will therefore not receive their prize or any compensation. In such cases, the prize will be awarded to participants ranked 9th and beyond in the final standings, following the same delivery conditions outlined in this article.
The organisation holds the right, should an event occur beyond its control, in particular linked to its suppliers/partners or to unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the prizes announced with prizes of equivalent value. Winners will be kept informed of any changes.
For the prizes dedicated to the random draw, if it is impossible to award a prize to a winner drawn at random from among the participants, a new draw will take place under the same notification and delivery conditions stipulated in this article.
ARTICLE 10 – USE OF PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES
By the mere act of participating in this internal Contest, each winner of the rewards authorizes the Organizing Company, without any other compensation than their prize or gain, whatever its nature may be due, to use for advertising or promotional purposes related to this internal Contest, the initial of their first name and their department of residence according to the media supports it could choose for a duration of one year.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of participants are processed by Alpine Racing SAS, the data controller, whose contact details are located on the materials provided or made available to participants.
● Processing for the purposes of organizing and managing the internal Contest:
These personal data will be used for the purposes of organizing and managing participation in this Contest and will be retained only for the duration necessary for the organization and management of the internal Contest.
This processing is legally based on the internal Contest rules which the participant has accepted in accordance with the regulations.
These data may be disclosed to the staff, subcontractors, and partners of Alpine Racing SAS, who are contractually responsible for the organization and/or management of the internal Contest.
The information provided by participants in connection with this promotion is provided to Alpine Racing SAS and not to Epic Games, Inc.
● Processing for the purposes of commercial prospecting:
These personal data will be used to carry out commercial prospecting operations, as well as surveys and satisfaction studies.
These data are kept for a period of one year from their collection or from the last contact with the concerned individual that remained without effect.
This processing is legally based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, characterized by its business development, the development of new offers, and new services.
These data may be disclosed to the staff, subcontractors, and partners of the Renault Group, who are contractually charged with its communication.
● Rights conferred:
Participants have the following rights, which they can exercise upon presenting proof of identity:
- A right of access,
- A right to rectification,
- A right to object to commercial prospecting,
- A right to erasure: the exercise of the right to erase personal data necessary for the organization and management of this internal Contest before its conclusion will automatically result in the cancellation of their participation.
- A right to restriction,
- A right to data portability.

ARTICLE 12 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
12.1 The liability of the Organizing Company cannot be held for any total or partial malfunction of the postal service or the Internet network that is beyond its control, or for the total or partial destruction of the participation records due to any other unforeseen event.
12.2 Participation in the internal Contest using technologies that require the use of computer hardware implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of these technologies. Consequently, the Organizing Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for, including but not limited to:
- The transmission and/or receipt of any data and/or information;
- Any dysfunction of the network that prevents the proper conduct/functioning of the internal Contest;
- Failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- The loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;
- Delivery problems;
- The functioning of any software;
- The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- Any damage caused to a participant's device or telephone installation;
- Any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind that have prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the internal Contest or that have damaged a participant's system.
12.3 These rules are subject to French law. In case of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
12.4 It is specified that the internal Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc.
12.5 To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree, in the context of the internal Contest, to release Epic Games, Inc., its licensors, and their affiliates, as well as their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and other representatives from any claim, demand, action, loss, liability, and expense related to this promotion.
12.6 The Organizing Company reserves the right, particularly in cases of force majeure, to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the provisions of these rules. It will notify participants under the same information conditions of the internal Contest and by any other means at its convenience.
